Mr. Phillips –

I have received your numerous emails and I am aware of your website. This is the only response you will receive from me.

1. You left a voicemail on the Washington Regional Medical Center (“WRMC”) Compliance hotline on November 8, 2023 requesting an email address to submit a complaint. On November 9, 2023, I emailed you at this address and provided the compliance@wregional.com email address. I did not receive any additional communication from you until January 5, 2025.  
2. WRMC provided a taxi voucher to get you home after your procedure. We do not own the taxi company and we do not employ the TAXI DRIVER. Your issue with the  TAXI DRIVER does not involve WRMC, the WRMC Compliance office or any WRMC employee.
3. Your fixation on me is unhealthy and misplaced. There is nothing I can do, now or then, to resolve your dispute with a TAXI DRIVER.
4. You no longer have an ongoing patient relationship with Washington Regional Medical System. Therefore, there is no reason for you to continue to contact me. Do not contact me again. If you feel the need to continue to engage with WRMC, you can contact Andy Cozart at acozart@wregional.com.  

 I wish you well and hope you are able to move forward from your experience with the taxi driver. If you have medical needs, WRMC will continue to be Here for You.
